Refund policy

Relic accepts returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your artwork, you may request a return, refund, or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

 

How to start a return: Email info@relic.earth with your order number within 14 days of receiving your item. We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Because this window begins on delivery, it will never expire before your item arrives.

 

Condition: The piece must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or defective items: Contact info@relic.earth within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

Made-to-order pieces: Commissioned or made-to-order works are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
