Returns & Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your Relic artwork. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

The piece must be returned in its original, undamaged condition and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery by emailing info@relic.earth with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned piece, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@relic.earth with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
